How will your order be shipped?


We ship using the US Postal service.  We ship using first class, priority, flat rate priority and priority express.  The method of shipping is dependent upon your choices at checkout.

On occasion, we will select a shipper that is different from that selected by the consumer.  We reserve the right to do this, at our discretion, based on factors present at the time of shipping.

What about Alcohol inks?


Alcohol inks are considered flammable/hazardous materials and will only be shipped by ground and to the contiguous 48 states.  They cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or internationally.

Alcohol inks are shipped by U.S. Ground Shipment Only. 

This product is only available for shipment to the contiguous 48 states. It will be removed from any air or international shipments.

How do we calculate shipping?


We ship using actual shipping weight cost calculators.  These calculators while very accurate for one or two items, often calculate too much shipping for multiple items. 

What happens if you are overcharged for shipping?


If you are accidently overcharged for shipping, please note that we automatically refund any funds over one dollar.

How quick will it ship?


We always try to ship in one to two business days for items that are in stock.   If an item is on backorder we will contact you by e-mail before we ship your order.  If items are custom order we will contact you to discuss the time frame for creating the piece.


Order Discrepancies and Damage:


What happens if your order arrives damaged?


Unfortunately mistakes and accidents do happen from time to time. Please email us as soon as possible with order discrepancies/damages and we will correct them as soon as possible. Order discrepancies and any damage must be reported to us within (14) fourteen days after receiving your shipment.

Return Policy:


What is the policy on returns?


We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving them, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Any items over 15 days after receiving them, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept any return after 60 days so please check your order immediately upon receiving it.

What about shipping costs?


You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning items to us for refund, unless it was a shipping error made on our part.

 How do I start the return process?


We will not accept a return without a return authorization number. Please email us at brazosglassworks@brazosglassworks.com for a return authorization number.

Please always include your invoice number and reason you want to return the product.

A copy of the original packing list or invoice must accompany the return for full credit to be issued.

If your package was not received, please review the following:


Once the package has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. As we strive to make sure that shipping information is correct, we cannot control what happens once the carrier has the package and it is en-route. Sometimes the carrier will try to place the package in an inconspicuous location, however, this is not always possible.

Once your tracking number has been received (the tracking number is emailed once your order has been processed) begin checking the appropriate carrier website to see the shipping status.

If the status of the package states that it has been delivered and you still have not received it, consult the carrier website and begin the claim process. If you need any assistance during this process, feel free to contact Brazos Glassworks.

What to Expect


Your computer monitor or a printed page will render the image of the glass in a different way than if you were holding the glass. We try to reproduce each glass image with accurate color and pattern detail.  We feel sure that you will not be disappointed in the glass. If you are, we do offer the option of returning the glass.
